Before you schedule a service call, please be sure you have checked:
1) Has the fuse or circuit breaker tripped?
2) Has appliance become unpluged or disconnected?
3) Are you setting the controls properly?
If you have tried all of the above and you still can't solve the problem, one of our
FACTORY TRAINED service technicians will be happy to assist you!
Service rates and policies:
Our service call charge to your home is $59.95.
This includes trip/travel charges to anywhere in Milwaukee, Waukesha,
Ozaukee, Washington and Sheboygan counties, and the time needed to diagnose the appliance problem.
Our service call will be applied/included with any repairs made on your unit,
However, in the event that you elect not to have any
repairs performed, you will be charged the $59.95
plus any applicable state and local taxes.
In most cases, we do not charge more then $30-$40 additional labor,
to repair the appliance, and in many cases the total charge
will be $59.95 plus parts. (This includes all labor/trip/travel charges)
All repairs (parts replaced and labor to install them)
are warranteed for one year from date of service. The trip/travel charge is
good for THIRTY DAYS. We use factory original parts whenever possible on our repairs!
